A new chapter in energy transition

DAC adsorber section for Greenlyte

20 November 2025

Today, Greenlyte celebrated the opening of their LiquidSolar demonstration plant, for which we engineered, procured and constructed the adsorber section.

Greenlyte’s LiquidSolar system is fully electrified, modular and uses direct air capture (#DAC) to produce high-purity carbon and hydrogen feedstocks from air, water, and renewable electricity. The system enables the scalable production of synthetic fuels like e-methanol and sustainable aviation fuel (#eSAF) at costs competitive with fossil fuels.

The technology works by capturing carbon from ambient air, storing it, and then using renewable energy to perform an electrochemical process that co-produces hydrogen and regenerates the captured material for reuse. Greenlyte chose Brusche Process Technology as their partner for the engineering, procurement and construction of the adsorber section of this demoplant.

We are proud to have contributed to this new chapter in energy transition!
